Queen Mary University of London is recruiting a Reception Supervisor to lead the Residences Reception team at Mile End Campus. The role operates 8:00–16:00 Tue–Thu and Fri 12:30–20:30, with flexibility to cover annual leave, busy periods and December closure.
Reporting to the Residential Life Manager, you will support 3,000 residents across four sites, acting as the main contact for students, guests and visitors and ensuring prompt, professional service.
