Baltimore Consulting in the South East is seeking a Team Manager – Leaving Care for a 3‑month interim contract with immediate start. Hybrid working and £360 per day, inside IR35 via umbrella.
You will lead a skilled team delivering Pathway Plans, Risk Management and Leaving Care entitlements to care leavers and unaccompanied young people. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will drive service development, build partnerships with Housing, Education, Health and DWP, and promote staff development
