Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Northern is seeking a hands-on Night Shift Team Leader to supervise Train Cleaners at the Heaton Traincare Centre in Newcastle. You will lead a dedicated team, coordinate workloads, and ensure trains leave clean and ready for service.
You’ll work outdoors, on trains, and across evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed, with a strong emphasis on health and safety and shift leadership. Prior supervisory experience is essential for success.
