Eden Brown is delighted to be partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit a Lead Project Manager for a major government workplace project in the North East.
This is an outstanding opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile commercial fit-out programme, leading project delivery from inception through to completion while acting as the key interface between the client, consultants, contractors and wider stakeholder team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead delivery of a major workplace fit-out project through all project lifecycle stages.
Act as the primary point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.
Manage multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractor performance.
Monitor programme, budget, risk and project performance.
Oversee procurement and contract administration activities.
Drive effective governance, reporting and project controls.
Manage project risks, changes and mitigation strategies.
Ensure successful project handover and close-out.
Champion health, safety and wellbeing throughout delivery.
About You:
Were keen to speak with experienced project professionals who can demonstrate:
A background in construction project management or consultancy.
Experience delivering commercial office, workplace, fit-out or refurbishment projects.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
Knowledge of contract administration and commercial management.
Proven ability to manage risk, programme and project governance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Membership of, or progress towards, a recognised professional body such as APM, RICS, CIOB or equivalent.
Eligibility to obtain UK security clearance. Whats on
