Experteer Overview As Colleague Communications Director at Sage, you will shape and lead the global colleague communications strategy in a complex, FTSE 100 organisation. You will work closely with the CEO, the Executive Leadership Team, and EVP Corporate Affairs to ensure clarity, alignment and engagement across Sage, enabling strategy execution and cultural cohesion. You'll translate enterprise priorities into trusted narratives that resonate from the boardroom to the frontline, guiding transformation and growth.

• Shape and deliver the global colleague communications strategy Partner with the CEO, ELT and EVP Corporate Affairs to ensure alignment and engagement Translate enterprise strategy into compelling narratives for all levels of the organisation Support periods of transformation, change, and growth Build deep organisational insight to inform communications and energise colleagues behind priorities Tasks experience in senior internal communications within a large, complex organisation ability to influence at executive levels and with cross-functional leadership strong storytelling and narrative development skills ability to manage communications during transformation and change global or multi-country scope experience unknown education level Key requirements
