We're looking for a high-energy, people-focused leader to take ownership of a premium residential building in Newcastle - leading the team, driving the customer experience and making sure the entire operation runs brilliantly.

Think hotel-level service, hospitality-style energy and first-class building operations all under one roof.

As Residence Manager, you'll be the person setting the tone.

• Lead, coach and develop a brilliant customer-facing team
• Create an exceptional resident experience
• Take ownership of the building's day-to-day operation
• Drive standards across service, presentation and facilities
• Oversee Health & Safety, compliance and maintenance
• Manage budgets, performance and operational costs
• Create an engaging, sociable environment through events and community
• Be visible, approachable and prepared to get stuck inOne minute you could be coaching a team member, the next solving an operational issue, meeting a contractor or chatting with residents.
