Salary circa £65,000 per annum depending on skills and experience plus 34 days leave, rising to 39 (includes bank holidays and a me day)

Were looking for a Senior Development and Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of our new homes development programme for the North East Region. This is your chance to make a real impact, driving our mixed-tenure development projects from inception through to completion, ensuring our customers and communities are always at the heart of what we do.

What youll do
Lead a team of Development & Delivery Managers, managing projects from site identification through to aftercare.
Oversee all stages of delivery, legals, appraisals, planning submissions, and construction through to completion.
Deliver a variety of tenures across multiple sites, ensuring best value and quality.
Manage budgets, income and expenditure, and maintain strong relationships with developer and contractor partners.
Play a key role in achieving growth and surplus targets while delivering homes that make a difference
