Health Spaces is seeking a commercially astute and hands-on Commercial Manager to own the commercial position on complex healthcare projects. You will protect margin, manage contractual and financial risk, and provide clear reporting to enable confident decision-making.
Working with the Project Director, delivery teams and supply chain, you will lead budgets, forecasts, payments and final accounts, while ensuring NEC/JCT compliance and proactive risk management across sites and remote locations.
