Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
CBSbutler Ltd. is seeking a Compliance Team Leader for a +12 month contract on site in Newcastle. The role offers £17-£22 per hour with the option to go permanent.
You will lead a team of up to six and manage day‑to‑day QA workloads, developing staff and ensuring fair, accurate outcomes for customers in a regulated financial services environment. Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills are essential.
