POP MART is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Newcastle Pop-Up. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will launch and operate a premier retail location supporting our brand and IP-driven initiatives. You will recruit, train and mentor a high-performing team, maintain standards, manage stock and visuals, and coordinate with merchandising for timely replenishment.
