CAD Technician required. Our client is a well-established manufacturer of metal fabricated products based in the Newcastle Under Lyme area who due to ongoing success are seeking an enthusiastic CAD Technician to join their team.

CAD Technician Job Overview

• Designing new products in accordance with agreed specifications
• Producing 3D modelling and 2D fabrication drawings for manufacture
• Maintaining and updating the design system of stored drawings

CAD Technician Job Requirements

• Good knowledge of 3D modelling software such as Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks
• Based in a commutable distance of Newcastle Under Lyme
• Good communication skills
• An understanding of sheet metal fabrication techniques
• Good communication skills

CAD Technician Salary & Benefits

• Salary 34,000 - 40,000, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30, permanent position.
• 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
• Profit related bonus scheme
