Join our growing manufacturing team as a Production Operative where you'll play a vital role in achieving quality standards and contributing to site performance through effective equipment operation and maintenance. You'll drive continuous improvement using structured approaches including root cause problem solving and lean manufacturing techniques. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll ensure all production meets quality, food safety, and health and safety standards while having the opportunity to grow your career and implement efficiencies within our manufacturing operations.

• Operate equipment according to best practices while complying with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Provide comprehensive production service by operating plant equipment, performing maintenance tasks, responding to breakdowns, and monitoring performance
• Conduct quality assurance analysis, update information systems, and maintain production documentation in a timely manner
• Monitor production lines and perform quality checks while maintaining clean, hazard-free work areas
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and competency-based training programs

• Direct manufacturing operational experience in a fast-paced consumer goods environment
• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance principles and machinery operation
• Working knowledge of SAP & EWM systems
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes and health and safety procedures
