About this jobWe are currently recruiting for a Panel Builder to join a busy woodshop team manufacturing high-quality fence panels.
This is a hands‑on role working in a fast‑paced production environment.
The position is repetitive in nature and requires someone who is physically fit and comfortable working with power tools.
Key Responsibilities- Assembling and building fence panels to a high standard
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Working to production targets once training is completed
- Maintaining quality standards at all times
- Keeping the work area clean and organised
- Physically fit and able to carry out repetitive manual tasks
- Comfortable using power tools (training provided)
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team
Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:15 4‑day working week
Pay & Benefits£12.21 per hour;
Bonus scheme available following a 3‑week training period (once targets and quality standards are met);
Temporary to permanent opportunity
