Machine Operator (Night Shifts)

Machine Operator Pay: £16.76 Per hour

Night shifts
Monday to Thursday: 10:30pm to 5:30am (30‑minute lunch break)
Friday: 1:30pm to 8:30pm (20‑minute lunch break)

• Operate machines to produce threaded parts
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal performance
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and targets
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering environment
• Strong understanding of multi‑spindle machining
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A proactive attitude towards workplace safety and continuous improvement
