An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced CNC Turner to join a precision engineering company based in Christchurch, Dorset. This role offers exposure to advanced Nakamura machinery, a supportive working environment, and an excellent work-life balance.

• You will earn £19–£23 per hour, based on experience
• You will work a 37‑hour week with early finishes every Friday
• You will receive 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
• You will programme and operate high‑spec CNC turning machinery
• You will enjoy a secure, long‑term role in Christchurch, Dorset

• Programme, set and operate Fanuc‑controlled CNC lathes
• Work across Nakamura NTJ, WY‑150 and AS200 machines
• Produce complex components to tight tolerances
• Carry out quality inspections using measuring equipment
  
  Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency

• Strong CNC turning experience with Fanuc controls
• Programming, setting and operating capability
• Experience working with twin spindle and twin turret machines
• A detail‑focused and methodical approach
