We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Production Operative to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the packing and assembly of products for a range of clients, ensuring everything is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work as part of a fast‑paced production environment where teamwork and consistency really matter.

• £12.35 per hour
• 4 on 4 off day shift 6am to 6pm

• Operating packing and assembly equipment to meet daily production targets
• Preparing, labelling, and packaging products according to customer specifications
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure accuracy and product integrity
• Following safety and hygiene procedures at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout the shift
• Reporting issues or defects to supervisors promptly
• Supporting changeovers between product runs, including cleaning and setup
• Working collaboratively with team members to keep production flowing smoothly

• Previous experience in a production or packing environment would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and work to standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic numeracy and literacy for labelling and documentation
