Full Time, Permanent | Monday – Friday, Shift Work
* £30,000 salary (based on experience)

We are looking to recruit an experienced Mac Operator to join a dynamic and creative team working on some of the most exciting commercial print and packaging projects in the industry.
What You'll Be Doing
* Prepping and perfecting artwork for print using Illustrator, Photoshop, and In Design
* Collaborating with design, pre-press, and production teams to deliver flawless packaging
* Troubleshooting colour issues, font problems, and image clarity – you’re the fixer!
* Managing multiple projects with razor-sharp accuracy and top-notch file organisation
* Keeping ahead of trends in reprographics and print tech
* Using workflow software (XMF) – training provided
What You’ll Bring to the Team
* 4+ years in reprographics or print/packaging design
* Expert-level Adobe Suite skills on Mac systems
* A sharp eye for colour, detail, and pre-press perfection
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple jobs
* Bonus:
Knowledge of die-cutting, imposition, trapping, and packaging design
