Peacock Medical Group manufactures orthoses and custom‑made footwear from their Newcastle upon Tyne facility to clients across the UK.
They are a key partner across several NHS Trusts, with service contracts spread from the South Coast to the Northeast.
They are currently recruiting for Apprentice Orthotic Technicians to join their Newcastle Manufacturing team (located close to Walkergate Metro & Benfield Road bus routes). Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship qualification, you will be offered a permanent role with Peacocks.
Responsibilities- Manufacture of Insoles/Orthotics
- Administration of Insoles/Orthotics
- Potential 3D Designing on CADCAM
- Stock Control
All training will be held on‑site.
Day shift working variety of shift patterns across Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week. Times to be confirmed.
