Job Summary  The Production Worker / Technician is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. This role supports the manufacturing process by identifying defects, maintaining equipment, and following production protocols.  This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously.

** Role Highlights
*** Work on cutting-edge projects with a global industry leader.
* Read and interpret mechanical drawings with precision.
* Disassemble and reassemble mechanical equipment in alignment with QA procedures.
* Repair or replace components such as shafts, gears, seals, impellers, and more.
* Collaborate with a talented team in a safety-conscious environment.
* Use measuring equipment and maintain accurate check sheets.
** What you will be doing day to day*
* * Follow strict safety procedures and use appropriate protective gear.
* Utilize manual lathes up to 100t, with comprehensive training provided.
* Operate milling machines and borers proficiently.
* Read and understand complex mechanical drawings.
* Replace or repair worn or defective mechanical assemblies.
* Lift, tighten, adjust, and secure heavy objects as required.️️
** What you will bring to Sulzer
*** Trade Certificate III Fitter and Turner.
* Experience in mechanical machining of large equipment (electric motors and generators).
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* Proven ability to work in accordance with quality assurance procedures.
