The Job

Due to high demand and the launch of new products we’re looking for additional Production Operators to work within our manufacturing team. The main responsibilities for this role will be to assemble the company’s products, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

The role will have some repetitive tasks from time to time when assembling components on printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Responsibilities
  • Assemble the company’s products
  • Use hand soldering and hand tools during final assembly and testing
  • Ensure assembly build documentation is understood and followed
  • Perform repetitive tasks on PCBs accurately
  • Assist with test procedures and quality checks
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in manufacturing or production role
  • Ability to understand assembly build documentation
  • Electronic component recognition
  • Hand soldering experience
  • Use of hand tools
  • Final assembly and test experience
  • Strong attention to detail, good eyesight and dexterity
  • Reliable, flexible approach
  • Willingness to learn and acquire new skills
  • Team player, able to work independently and collaboratively
