Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Rubicon Recruitment is seeking an SMT Operator in Poole to join a busy electronics manufacturing line. You will set up and run Europlacer SMT placement machines, perform fault-finding, and carry out changeovers to keep production on schedule.
This role offers stable weekday hours, 8am–4pm, with an early finish on Fridays, on-site in Poole. You will be hands-on, following procedures and supporting continuous improvements on the line.
