We’ve partnered with a growing organisation looking for a talented and data-driven PPC Manager to join their digital team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves optimisation, strategy, and driving measurable performance across paid search channels.
This role requires 1-2 visits a month to their Newcastle office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and produce high-quality ad copy.
- Monitor performance daily and provide actionable insights to improve CTR, conversion rate and ROI.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align paid search with wider strategy.
- Run A/B tests across ads and landing pages.
- Stay up to date with search trends, platform updates and best practices.
- Produce performance reports and present insights to internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to scale activity while maintaining efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with SEO and other digital channels to share learnings and improve cross-channel performance.
- 3–5 years’ hands‑on PPC experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and (ideally) SA360.
- Experience managing Shopping campaigns and working with large budgets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make optimisation recommendations.
- Confident using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Centre and reporting tools.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with dashboards such as Looker Studio.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Experience with A/B testing and data‑driven optimisation.
- Understanding of how PPC integrates with wider digital channels (SEO, display, paid social).
- Familiarity with inventory-based advertising platforms is a bonus but not essential.
