Job Purpose and Opportunity An exciting opportunity to join Pulsant in a job‑share capacity working alongside our Campaign Marketing Manager. You will bring strong campaign understanding and creative flare to shape and influence impactful marketing, driving growth marketing focused on increasing client acquisition and base expansion. You will collaborate cross‑functionally, utilising external networks to gather insight and drive data‑driven campaigns across various channels, increasing demand and demonstrating ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy:
    Develop and implement cross‑functional growth campaigns, driving business growth and revenue while ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Performance Marketing:
    Create performance marketing campaigns that drive net new client acquisition and expansion using multiple channels, including social, paid and owned media, as well as in‑person events.
  • Content Strategy:
    Lead the development of a content strategy that crafts a unique position for the business and is compelling within the sector.
  • Creative Strategy:
    Contribute to improving and evolving the core creative strategy that supports the brand and maintains brand integrity across channels.
  • Go To Market Strategy:
    Identify relevant emerging content trends, create competitive analysis and ensure campaign targeting is aligned through collaboration with product and sales teams. Contribute to GTM strategy alongside Sales, Product, Operations and Finance.
  • Marketing Performance:
    Track key performance metrics, drive continuous campaign optimisation, implement A/B and incremental testing, and compile ROI reporting to support data‑driven decisions.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree, or qualified by substantial experience within the field.
  • Experience in marketing within the technology sector, with proven success leading demand‑impacting campaigns.
  • Demonstrable track record of marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hub Spot.
  • Strong influencing and relationship‑building skills.
Working Arrangements

Job Share – 15 – 18.75 hours per week on Tuesday/Friday/Wednesday.

Fixed Term Contract for 6 months from Jan 2026, with potential to continue.
