Brand Manager - FMCG Food & Drink

• Develop and execute the long term strategic plan for a number brands in the portfolio
• Drive innovation by identifying trends and bringing new ideas to market swiftly
• Elevate brand partnerships, focusing on premiumisation and shelf appeal
• Own the portfolio P&L, optimising price-pack architecture and unlocking growth opportunities
• Analyse performance data, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform decision-making
• Collaborate with the equity team to create compelling campaigns and activation plans
• Mentor and support an Assistant Brand Manager on the portfolio

We're seeking an experienced professional with:

• Proven track record in leading innovation projects from insight to execution
• Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to shape long-term plans
• Commercial acumen and analytical prowess in portfolio management
• Consumer‑centric approach with a passion for turning insights into relevant innovations
• Excellent collaborative skills and ability to influence across teams
• Agility to keep pace with trends and maintain brand relevance

Berkshire - 3 days office / 2 days home

£60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
