DESCRIPTION

Sinch is seeking an Editorial Content Marketing Manager to shape and elevate our thought leadership narrative in an AI-first world. In this role, you’ll steer the creation of bold, opinionated, and insight-driven content that strengthens our brand, sparks conversation, and positions Sinch at the forefront of innovation in customer communications. This is a one-year fixed-term contract, covering colleagues on parental leave.

Working as part of the Brand and Content team, you'll own long-form editorial development - from research reports and executive bylines to integrated campaign stories, keynote scripts, and narrative frameworks that bring our point of view to life across channels.

This is a role for a strategic thinker with strong editorial instincts, an ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives, and a passion for shaping market conversations. Your work will help build credibility, influence perception, and reinforce Sinch’s leadership as AI reshapes customer engagement.

You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, subject matter experts, product marketing, and creative teams to deliver high-quality content that stands out for its clarity, authority, and perspective - all built with a distribution-first mindset to ensure our stories reach the audiences who matter most.

As Content Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute editorial strategies that amplify Sinch’s thought leadership and brand narrative in an AI-driven market.
  • Research, write, and edit long-form content such as opinion pieces, research reports, whitepapers, trend analyses, and industry POV assets.
  • Partner with executives and SMEs to shape strong, authoritative stories for bylines, keynote presentations, speeches, and video scripts.
  • Create narrative frameworks, campaign storylines, and integrated content packages that unify messaging across channels.
  • Bring a distribution-first approach to all content - planning how assets will be activated, repurposed, and amplified across channels before they’re created.
  • Collaborate with design, multimedia, and campaign teams to bring editorial ideas to life through visuals, presentations, and digital experiences.
  • Support global go-to-market initiatives with content that informs strategic conversations and influences high-value audiences.
  • Edit and refine content developed by others, maintaining high editorial standards and style guide alignment.
  • Stay on top of industry trends - especially in AI, CX, and communications technology to proactively identify story opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of editorial, content marketing, or journalism experience, ideally within B2B tech, SaaS, AI, or communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft opinionated, thought-provoking narratives that influence and inspire.
  • Experience producing long-form, research-driven content such as reports, executive bylines, and story-led campaign assets.
  • Strong interviewing and research skills, able to extract insights from SMEs and translate them into crisp, compelling stories.
  • A distribution-first mindset with a clear understanding of how to activate, syndicate, repurpose, and scale editorial content across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Confident working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, often managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Strong editing and storytelling instincts, with an ability to raise the bar on clarity, flow, and voice.
  • Experience developing scripts,…
