• Graduates with degrees in analytical subjects
• Anything up to 1-2 years of work experience, or a year in a work placement during studies
• Ambitious and proactive people who want to get stuck in
• Sociable people with excellent communication skills - we're over 80% client-facing
• Strong analytical skills (everyone in our team is somewhere on the scale from great at analytics to world-class data scientist)
• An understanding of digital marketing, which could be in social media, paid media (social / search / display etc.), conversion optimisation, analytics, creative

• As part of the wider In Digital team, the account executive will help our clients hit their growth objectives by using best in class performance marketing strategies across paid media, site and app optimisation and digital analytics
• The role is client-facing from the start, with opportunity & responsibility for developing strong, collaborative client-relationships
• Campaign set-up, management and optimisation across various channels and playforms including social, search, CRO, mobile & more
• Working with senior team members to deliver end-to-end optimisation of campaign budgets, targeting, tactics, creative etc. to meet and exceed our clients’ objectives
• Strategy development and identification of new growth opportunities
• Performance reporting and analysis, generating insights and recommendations
• Presentations to senior client stakeholders
