Mind Partners is an executive search firm with offices in London and Paris. We are partnering with Arkance to appoint their newly created Product & Services Marketing Manager position (UK or Netherlands).

The Product & Services Marketing Manager will ensure product and service‑market fit across EMEA, define positioning and messaging, and lead go‑to‑market strategies. This role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Services teams.

• Market analysis and customer insights
• Positioning and value proposition development
• Sales enablement and marketing support
• Performance tracking and continuous improvement

• 5+ years in product marketing, sales, or consulting
• Expertise in GTM strategy and positioning
• Knowledge of AEC, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors
• Fluent English; other European languages a plus
