Up to £70,000 + benefits

The Role

You’ll own the full creative lifecycle for performance ads from ideation and briefing through to production, testing, and optimisation. Working closely with Growth, Brand, and Content teams you’ll deliver hundreds of data‑led assets that drive results while keeping the brand tone and aesthetic consistent.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the performance creative strategy, leading ideation, scripting and asset creation across Meta, Tik Tok, and Amazon Ads
  • Build and manage a high‑volume production process, briefing creators, freelancers, and editors to deliver 500+ assets across paid channels per month
  • Lead creative testing and iteration to uncover winning formats and messaging
  • Review and approve ad assets to ensure brand and performance alignment
  • Partner with influencer and brand teams to adapt organic content for paid use
  • Analyse creative performance data to optimise for click‑through, conversion, and efficiency

About You

  • 4+ years in creative strategy or performance creative (brand or agency)
  • Proven track record of creating high‑performing paid ads on Meta;
    Tik Tok and Amazon experience a plus
  • US market essential – must be focusing on US market currently & understand US consumers
  • Strong copy and concepting skills you know how to grab attention fast
  • Confident managing production timelines, creative partners, and asset delivery
  • Data‑led mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and scaling
  • Collaborative, organised, and naturally creative with an eye for what resonates online
