• Oversee the delivery of strategic and digital campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding their thinking and adding value to their campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts, while mentoring and providing direction to the client services team.

• Several years' experience in client services within a medical communications agency in a similar role - you may be an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director.
• A strong understanding of digital and omnichannel communication tools, content strategy, and the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proven success in building senior client relationships, growing accounts, and mentoring a team.
