* The Role:

** Working within the marketing department and reporting to the Digital Manager, the Senior Digital Coordinator is responsible for promoting our portfolio of channel brands in the UK by leading B2B communications, as well as consumer-facing promotion of non-linear brands. The role plays a key part in supporting the digital marketing and social media strategy for AMCNI’s AVOD product, WATCH FREE UK, with a particular focus on paid media planning and  collaboration with the Digital Manager, the Senior Digital Coordinator helps set long-term consumer-facing strategies and goals for WATCH FREE UK and applies the B2B communication strategy for both linear and non-linear brands in the UK.

This role is central to enhancing brand visibility and engagement across both consumer and trade audiences, maintaining and developing relationships with linear B2B partners, and managing regular content updates for stakeholders.

The role also supports event production, including cross-promotional activities with key event partners such as Crime Con, while continuing to drive awareness through coordinated digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned digital and social media channels—including Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, and Google Ads.

The Senior Digital Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the paid digital strategy, with direct accountability for campaign planning and execution for WATCH FREE UK. This includes campaign development, performance tracking, and optimisation to drive growth and audience retention. The role ensures a 360-degree, cross-functional approach, aligning all efforts with internal departments and delivering localised strategies—with final sign-off by the Digital Manager.

* Key Roles and Responsibilities:

*** Ensuring the key programming is effectively promoted to B2B partners to secure cross-promotional opportunities.
* Management of social media paid promotion and effective optimization of social budgets for WATCH FREE UK.
* Cross-department coordination - working closely with Mar Comms department and with external agencies towards the successful 360 campaign activations.
* Content strategy and coordination of the creative process – successfully determining the current brand priorities and managing the workflow of asset creation and delivery.
* Aligning with the team to ensure the workflows are coordinated for the optimal resource allocation.
* Presenting campaign plans internally across departments ahead of launch.
* Delivering best practices in a systematic and timely manner.
** Key Competencies required:
*** Solid knowledge of social media and digital marketing
* Experience in creative briefing digital and assets for organic and paid media
* Experience in managing social media accounts across FB, Instagram, Tik Tok and Twitter
* Understanding of content creation and strategies
* Facebook Business Manager essential
* Analytical skills and knowledge of Google Analytics
* Understanding of digital marketing mix elements
* Communication skills and flawless copywrighting skills
* Independent, organised and self-driven
* Creative individual who’s used to taking the initiative
* Desire to develop a career in digital marketing
* Has a passion for marketing AMC titles
* Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop skills a plus
