True Start Coffee in the United Kingdom is looking for a Customer Experience Executive to own the heartbeat of our D2C support. Based from our HQ between Bristol and Bath, with hybrid flexibility, you’ll manage the inbox in Gorgias, respond promptly and resolve queries with warmth to turn customers into loyal fans.
You’ll reduce churn, upsell relevant products, convert one-off buyers into subscribers, and feed feedback to Ecommerce, Brand and Marketing to improve FAQs and self‑serve resources.
