Digital Designer

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

The Business: I am delighted to be working with a fast-growing, private equity-backed business at a pivotal point in its journey.

This is a hands-on role for a creative and commercially minded Digital Designer who thrives on producing engaging, high-performing design across digital channels. Working closely with marketing, brand and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life, enhancing customer experiences and helping evolve the brand across multiple touchpoints.

The Role:

You'll combine strong visual design skills with an understanding of user experience, customer engagement and digital performance, creating work that not only looks great but delivers measurable results. Digital Design & Campaign Delivery Create digital assets across email, CRM, social media, websites, landing pages and paid campaigns.

Design with user experience, accessibility and conversion in mind.

Develop creative variations to support testing and optimisation.

Translate campaign objectives into effective visual solutions. Collaboration & Delivery Partner with marketing, content, CRM and brand teams to deliver campaigns.

Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work with external agencies where required. Optimisation & Innovation Use performance insights and feedback to improve creative output.

Support testing and experimentation to drive engagement and conversion.

Stay current with digital design, UX and marketing trends.

The Person :
Experience in a digital design role, either agency or in-house.

Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, web and email/CRM design.

Solid understanding of UX, accessibility and digital best practice.

Strong visual communication, typography and layout skills.
