Are you an experienced marketing professional looking for the opportunity to lead strategy, drive growth, and develop a small team? We're seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of all marketing activities across two established brands, generating leads, increasing market share, and delivering measurable commercial results across both B2B and B2C channels.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing and delivering marketing strategies that support business growth
• Driving lead generation across trade, installer, merchant, distributor and end-user markets
• Managing digital marketing activities including websites, SEO, email marketing and social media
• Leading product launch campaigns and promotional activity
• Promoting CPD programmes and technical specification tools to architects, specifiers and developers
