Senior Legacy Marketing Manager

We are supporting an incredible global charity to find a Senior Legacy Marketing Manager to lead the UK legacy marketing programme, while supporting the international legacy marketing strategy across the fundraising markets.

Surrey - Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office.

- Strategy and coordination:
Lead the strategy and coordination of the UK and international legacy marketing activity.

- UK legacy marketing delivery:
Oversee and deliver UK legacy marketing

communications, including direct mail, email, social media advertising, promotion, events and engagement activity.

- International legacy delivery:
Support small international fundraising teams to deliver locally relevant legacy marketing activity alongside their individual giving programmes.

- Supporter enquiry handling:
Respond positively and efficiently to UK legacy enquiries and support local market teams with supporter enquiries where needed.

Track record and knowledge of legacy marketing, legacy strategy and legacy events.

Experience delivering training or guidance to colleagues on legacy marketing or related fundraising activity.

Good understanding of direct marketing, digital marketing or supporter fundraising.

Confident using relevant fundraising or database systems, ideally Salesforce CRM.

Awareness of, or access to specialist knowledge about, the legal and regulatory framework for legacy giving in global markets.
