About the roleThe Content Creator role will ensure the P+HS’s visual identity is consistently applied across all internal and external materials, protecting the firm’s reputation through polished, professional outputs. The role will also help amplify our brand through creative, engaging design assets that bring our projects, people, and values to life.
Job Requirements- Proven experience in graphic design, brand identity, or marketing support.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, Canva and digital design tools.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual consistency.
- Experience creating both digital and print assets (brochures, social templates, presentations, infographics).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand standards across multiple outputs.
- Time management skills to balance short deadlines with long-term projects.
- Experience in or an interest in learning video production.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communicator who can interpret briefs and translate them into high-quality outputs.
- Creative thinker who can balance consistency with innovation.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a commitment to professional growth.
- Create and roll out refreshed brand guidelines across all materials (colours, fonts, templates, tone of voice).
- Ensure consistent application of brand identity across documents (PowerPoint, Word, bid submissions, brochures).
- Develop iconography sets for healthcare, residential, sustainability, and other key sectors.
- Produce corporate and sector brochures and case study one-pagers,
- Create branded marketing collateral (AGM content, banners, leaflets, merchandise).
- Design social media and email newsletter templates.
- Support internal communications with branded content.
- Develop advanced graphics (motion graphics, animations, explainer icons).
- Design thought leadership and recruitment campaign visuals.
- Produce professional slide decks for external talks, events, and bids
- Create campaign landing page designs and interactive diagrams.
- Deliver engaging content for social channels (carousel templates, infographics, short animations).
- Support cultural and internal initiatives with posters, staff newsletters, and visual campaigns.
- Work closely with Marketing, and internal project teams to ensure outputs meet business needs.
- Liaise with colleagues to maintain quality and consistency.
- Contribute proactively to internal meetings and creative sessions.
