EMEA Global Demand Marketing Director

Architect the regional demand engine for a global technology leader and drive high-impact pipeline generation across the EMEA region. In this strategic leadership role, you will unite global vision with regional execution, using modern AI-driven strategies and digital automation to power scalable revenue growth across Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations. • Architect and execute the EMEA demand generation strategy to drive predictable pipeline growth across enterprise software markets
• Integrate cutting-edge AI workflows, predictive account scoring, and hyper-personalized content into daily campaign execution
• Inspire, coach, and scale a high-performing team of regional marketing leaders built for continuous innovation
• Partner seamlessly with Sales and Rev Ops leadership to establish seamless lead-to-opportunity management and maximize ROI
• Manage regional demand budgets, compliance, and full-funnel performance metrics using advanced predictive analytics You bring 10+ years of progressive B2B demand generation or revenue marketing leadership within complex SaaS or enterprise software environments
• You offer 5+ years of direct experience hiring, coaching, and inspiring cross-functional or cross-regional marketing teams across EMEA
• You demonstrate proven expertise applying AI technologies across campaign lifecycle management, personalization, and pipeline velocity
• You possess deep technical command of modern marketing stacks including Salesforce, 6
  
  Sense, and predictive analytics platforms
• You have a track record of effective cross-cultural communication and senior stakeholder alignment across a global matrix organization

• Experience localizing Account-Based Experience (ABX) frameworks across diverse sub-regions in Europe
• Advanced knowledge of regional data privacy frameworks such as GDPR
