Oxfordshire Youth is an organisation passionate about creating a future for and with young people. We are redefining the youth sector in Oxfordshire and envision a world where young people have the tools to approach life with creativity, resilience and brilliant mental health.

We deliver an established and thriving supported accommodation service, transforming the lives of young people aged 18–21 across Oxfordshire. Our Young People’s Supported Accommodation (YPSA) model provides safe housing alongside life‑changing coaching, helping young people strengthen their mental health, gain independence, and unlock opportunities in education, employment and training.

As the YPSA Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team of progression coaches, champion strong partnerships, and ensure young people continue to be seen as the future change makers of our communities.
