Action for Children is seeking a Youth Inclusion Panel Co-ordinator to improve outcomes for children and young people by coordinating multi‑agency support, referrals and panel meetings.
You will build strong relationships with families, schools and partner agencies, manage case records and monitoring, ensuring the right support is provided at the right time to help keep young people safe and connected to positive opportunities within their communities.
