Volunteer Programs Lead: Champion Volunteer Voices

Hull CVS are recruiting a full-time Volunteering Programme Lead for 35hrs a week

This role will include actively managing the digital volunteer system, Hull Volunteer Centre and Hull CVS volunteer programmes. Volunteers will be at the heart of your work and you will therefore be passionate about volunteering and will want to promote the voice of the volunteer and advocate for volunteers’ needs, such as training and representation, whilst ensuring suitable reward and recognition.

The role will be a key advisor to volunteer hosting organisations in the local area and support them in providing the best volunteer experience. This will encompass helping in the development of volunteer management policies and practice which reflect current best practice.
