From supporting someone taking their first steps with the whistle to helping experienced officials achieve their ambitions, you will play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive and rewarding refereeing experience.
Working with colleagues, clubs, leagues and our referee community, you will:
- Inspire more people from a wide range of backgrounds to take up refereeing.
- Build strong relationships that help referees feel valued and supported.
- Coordinate opportunities for learning, mentoring and progression.
- Help retain referees by listening to their experiences and responding to their needs.
- Champion safeguarding, inclusion and respect throughout your work.
