As a Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse, you will:

Be part of a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led service

As the first point of contact you will work with leading talent and professionals to make the right assessments for patients prior to their surgery

Demonstrate a broad knowledge base and assessment skills to ensure patient care Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family

Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care Build your experience across new practices, equipment and facilities

Work with practitioners in other areas, understanding that continuity in patient care is key

Nuffield Health Newcastle Hospital Located in Jesmond; you will be working at one of the north easts leading private hospitals, with a Good CQC rating, we have 27 en-suite private bedrooms, 3 state-of-the-art operating theatres, a dedicated breast care unit. We offer on-site pathology services and diagnostic imaging including CT and MRI, to help patients after surgery we have on-site physiotherapy specialists.

We have a special focus in the areas of orthopaedics, spinal surgery, ophthalmology, weight loss surgery and cosmetic treatment.
