Package & Benefits Salary of £43,700 per annum.

Key Responsibilities Deliver chemotherapy treatment safely and effectively in patients' homes. Manage a structured daily caseload while maintaining exceptional standards of clinical care. Educate and support patients and carers throughout their treatment journey. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and escalate any adverse events in line with clinical protocols. About You Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration. Must hold a valid SACT Passport.
