Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly, ambitious and supportive team at Woodlands Park Health Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established, forward-thinking GP practice where you ll be trusted to use your advanced clinical skills, work autonomously and play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who is able to work on Mondays and Wednesdays
, although some flexibility may be considered for the right applicant.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you ll work alongside experienced GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, Physician Associates and a skilled administrative team in a collaborative environment where everyone s contribution is valued. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, delivering autonomous, patient-centred care across a wide range of acute, urgent and long-term conditions. You ll assess, diagnose and manage patients, providing safe, evidence-based care while working closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

This varied role offers the opportunity to use your advanced clinical skills, contribute to service development, support health promotion initiatives and help shape the future delivery of primary care within our practice. You ll be encouraged to share your expertise, work collaboratively with colleagues and play an active role in maintaining the high standards of care our patients expect.

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) at Woodlands Park Health Centre, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care as part of our multidisciplinary primary care team. You will work autonomously within your scope of practice while collaborating closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals to provide safe, effective and evidence-based care.

• Practice in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Conduct.
• Maintain professional registration, revalidation and continuing professional development.
• Work within the scope of their competence and seek advice where appropriate.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and clinical decision-making skills.
• Promote equality, diversity and inclusion, treating all patients and colleagues with dignity and respect.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive, supportive and collaborative working environment.

• Registered Nurse with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Recognised Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) postgraduate qualification (Master s level or equivalent).
