The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery and ongoing development of the Virtual/Day Ward, supporting patients to remain safely at home while receiving high-quality specialist palliative care. The role includes monitoring patient needs, developing care plans, coordinating with community and acute services, and contributing to multidisciplinary decision-making.

The successful candidate will:

We can offer you:

  • The chance to work across both clinical and therapeutic services, supporting patients to live well with their condition.
  • Access to quality improvement and service development opportunities.
