The Job You’ll Do;- Combination of office and manufacturing floor environments.
- Involves audits, inspections, and hands-on training.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
- Plan and conduct internal audits.
- Support third-party certification audits as required.
- Maintain accurate document control and quality records.
- Lead 8D investigation for non-conformances and customer complaints, driving effective corrective actions.
- Perform and support first-off inspections, and prepare ISIR/PPAP documentation to ensure product and process conformity in line with customer requirements
- Deliver quality-related training to employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives.
- Support 5S and continuous improvement activities.
- Monitor and report on key quality performance metrics (KPIs).
- Experience in a quality or engineering role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS and related quality standards.
- Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in auditing and quality systems management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Clear and confident communicator with strong teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
