Nicholas Associates Group is seeking a Quality Assurance & Skills Manager for a newly created role based in Hertfordshire. You will own the Integrated Quality Management System, drive continual improvement and partner with senior leaders to embed quality, risk-based assurance and competency across the business.
You will lead audits, support ISO certifications, and shape skills, training and competency development with HR and L&D teams.
