Responsibilities
  • Lead all quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and inspection plans
  • Monitor compliance with contractual, statutory, and regulatory standards
  • Conduct site audits, inspections, and quality assessments
  • Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage documentation, non-conformance reports, and corrective action processes
  • Ensure testing and certification requirements are met prior to project handover

    Must-have Requirements
  • Proven experience in QA/QC management within construction or engineering projects
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, certification processes, and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse data and implement corrective measures effectively
  • Competent in relevant quality management tools and software
