Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
A leading property management firm in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking for a Lettings Negotiator. In this role, you will mediate between tenants and landlords, helping align them with ideal properties. You'll be responsible for conducting property valuations and managing listings, while also serving as the primary liaison for all queries. Ideal candidates will have exceptional communication skills, a strong interest in the property sector, and the ability to excel under pressure.
A valid UK driving license is preferred, or you can use the company pool car.
