A respected national property consultancy is expanding its network of Chartered Surveyors and is seeking an experienced professional to cover Newcastle and surrounding areas on a 2–3 day per week basis.

• Deliver RICS Level 2 Home Surveys (Level 3 a bonus)
• Manage your own diary with full flexibility
• Residential properties across Newcastle and the surrounding region

• Chartered with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Assoc
  
  RICS / MRICS / FRICS)
• Strong experience in Level 2 surveys;
  Level 3 desirable
• Client-focused, professional, and detail-oriented
• Own PII preferred (cover may be available in certain circumstances)

• Quality work and fees - up to 60% fee split to the consultant.
• Flexible 2–3 day workweek
