Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Manpower Engineering is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor/Valuer (AssocRICS or MRICS) to join a North East consultancy. You will carry out inspections, prepare reports and valuations, and advise clients on property condition and value across a varied residential portfolio.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, travel to properties across the North East, and hold a full UK driving licence. Competitive package on offer.
